You can select a folder for your mods, download them there, set that location in the mod manager and voila! Now you have just one place to activate, deactivate or delete mods.

More money for Capcom and no ill will for cosmetic modders. Those are legit cheaters and no consequence for them in deleting their accounts or banning them outright, Those players would just re-buy the game again and cheat all over again as the cycle goes. But if they want to get more sales, they should immediately ban players on the arena leaderboards with times of a minute or less. If you just play solo offline then I don't think they would care about modders like FO4 and Skyrim, the Dev team even release tool kits and welcome player to mod their game to fit their need but those 2 games are OFFLINE mode.
